The supplier is a fraud and a thief, I recommend not dealing with him…The supplier lied to me and sent me an iPad that was different from the iPad that I wanted. The iPad that I got was broken and the shipping company agreed to return it to China. The supplier refused any other solutions and tried to accuse me of tampering even though I filmed a video while opening the package for the first time as it was completely closed, but he rejected all evidence and continued to lie.

What we have sent is the one we have showed to the customer for confirmation before, and the one was very good.
The one which was used for claim by the customer is totally in different types.
